What You'll Do:
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded, ensuring they have a stellar shopping experience.
- Daily Operations: Handle daily cash/credit transactions, keep our stores clean, stocked and organized.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager as you learn Rocket's procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements:
- Endurance: Stand and/or walk for 8 hours.
- Strength: Lift, carry push and pull up to 20 pounds.
- Agility: Climb ladders and work in small spaces as needed for material storage, signage tasks and stocking
- Environment: Work primarily indoors, but there are times when extended periods of work may be performed outside.
