Job Description : Job Summary :
The successful candidate will play a critical role in planning and executing comprehensive research projects that contribute to the creation of innovative and high-quality experiences for UPS customers and stakeholders. This role involves leading all phases of research to inform strategy development, identify opportunities, define user requirements, and evaluate designs. We seek a candidate with experience in mixed methods research.
Responsibilities :
- Plan, design, moderate, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research studies.
- Develop sound research questions aligned with stakeholder and business objectives, and determine the appropriate methodologies and tools needed to address research questions effectively.
- Communicate research findings through clear, concise, and visually engaging presentations that tell compelling stories with data.
- Advocate for the end user during meetings, working sessions, and workshops with team members, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of the design and development process.
- Present research findings and actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams and clients, ensuring insights are translated into tangible design and business strategies.
- Analyze research data to develop user requirements, consumer journeys, personas, and other conceptual frameworks to describe the end-user experience.
- Collaborate effectively with other researchers, designers, and strategists to integrate research-based recommendations into design and business solutions.
- Plan and execute concept and usability tests, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate prototypes and existing products.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging methodologies, and technologies that can enhance research practices.

The position is based in Atlanta, Georgia and will require commuting to office. Employer will not sponsor a visa for this position. Must be currently in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself.
