Job Posting : Valet Attendant – High-End Steakhouse in Waltham, MA

Job Description

United Parking LLC is seeking a professional and responsible Valet Attendant to join our team at a prestigious steakhouse in Waltham, MA. This is a part-time position with 3-4 shifts per week, typically from 3 : 45 pm to 11 : 00 pm or 5 : 00 pm to 10 : 00 pm. You’ll have the opportunity to work with high-end, luxury vehicles in an upscale setting. This role requires someone comfortable working independently, as you may be on some shifts with one other attendant and, at times, work alone.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a warm welcome, open vehicle, and venue doors, hold umbrellas in inclement weather, and assist guests.

Offer directions, assistance, and an exceptional guest experience to every customer.

Handle valet tickets, keys, and cash with integrity, in line with United Parking's policies.

Maintain a polished and professional appearance, behavior, and language at all times.

Requirements

Experience : Minimum of 3-4 years of driving experience preferred. Experience handling luxury or high-end vehicles is a plus.

License : Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR that meets insurance criteria).

Skills : Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission.

Transportation : Reliable transportation to and from the job site.

Physical Stamina : Ability to run, stand, and move efficiently throughout a 7 hour shift.

Professional Appearance : No visible tattoos or piercings.

Compensation

Pay Rate : $17.00 per hour plus tips (usually average at minimum $5hr in tips)

Flexible, part-time schedule with shifts ideal for students or those with other daytime commitments.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills in a professional, courteous manner.

Comfortable handling high-end, expensive vehicles with care and efficiency.

Ability to work independently, as shifts may require working alone or with one other attendant.
