Your Mission:
Step into our Hamilton, OH facility at 3475 Symmes Road. As a full-time logistics operations supervisor, you'll own the second shift from 3 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday through Thursday. Earn $24 to $27 per hour while driving our operations to peak efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily production, ensure safety and quality while managing industrial machinery.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies for time-efficient production.
- Conduct safety and housekeeping audits.
- Enter daily production and payroll data with precision.
- Craft accurate work instructions and document safety concerns promptly.
- Mentor new team members and facilitate training programs.
- Handle machinery such as forklifts and overhead cranes expertly.
Guide Your Team:
You will manage a team, include facilitating development, and coordinating with Operations Leads for counseling as needed. Performance appraisal and issue resolution form the core of your role.
Professional Requirements:
- GED or equivalent.
- 2 years supervising in manufacturing.
- Proficiency with measurement tools and machinery. Prefer Fork Truck certification.
