**Compensation: Enjoy hourly pay ranging from $19 to $21, based on experience**
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate Machinery: Master the operation of CNC machines, bandsaws, and water jets.
- Handle Materials Effectively: Efficiently load/unload materials from machines and storage racking.
- Emphasize Quality Control: Conduct meticulous inspections to ensure superior precision and quality.
- Ensure Smooth Machine Functionality: Report and address any technical issues that arise.
- Prioritize Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and use required PPE.
- Keep Accurate Records: Document production activities accurately.
- Collaborate with Team: Foster team communication to maintain a seamless workflow.
