Precision Tool Operator: VTL Specialist

We're scouting for a Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) Specialist to fuel our first shift with precision and expertise. This role requires skillful operation and troubleshooting of Vertical Turning Lathes, the heart of meeting customer expectations through accurate machining.

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Compensation starts from $21 to $23 per hour, dependent on your experience.

Shifts: Work Monday to Thursday, 5:00 am - 3:30 pm

Location: Hamilton, OH - On-site role

Qualifications for Mastery:

• A minimum of 2 years in machine tools operation or programming
• Skilled with measurement instruments like Micrometers, Calipers, etc.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and design interpretations
• Capable of maintaining machining processes
• Experience in manufacturing or production planning environments
