Position Summary
Performs clerical and administrative duties related to the execution of the company’s contracts, blanket orders and long term agreements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists in the creation and delivery of customer related correspondence (e-mail, phone, letter, etc.).
- Serve as a liaison with internal and external parties
- Assists in the creation and delivery of quotations and customer presentations.
- Assists Material Sourcing Specialist on pricing from vendors and PO entry.
- Enters forecast data related to contracts, blankets and long term agreements into company ERP and MRP systems.
- Creates management reports regarding the performance of contracts, blankets and long term agreements.
- Manages the filing, archival and disposal of documentation related to contracts, blankets and long term agreements.
- Reviews, confirms and provides data entry for customer purchase orders
- Attention to detail with ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Serve as backup on sister division quotes.
- Serve as phone backup.
- Enter lost activity detail related to stock outages and/or pricing.
- Other duties as assigned.
