Pricing Supervisor

Essential Job Functions:

• Initiate, develop, and implement new processes for pricing, costing models, performance metrics, and management reporting
• Complete various analytic reports and projects
• Communicate all rate increases, changes, and updates to both internal and external customers.
• Develop, analyze, and distribute new reports with analysis and recommendations
• Fuel analysis and reporting (Weekly / Monthly)
• Evaluate and prepare of all customer bids, quotes, and proposals
• Proof, review, and complete all carrier contracts and questionnaires
• Facilitate all rate and customer changes or setup information between the Pricing Department
• Communicate effectively with Business Development Managers, Regional Managers, CSC Managers, Fleet Managers, and Customers as required.
• Streamline both internal and external software updates and changes for the Pricing Department.
• Supervise all functions of the Pricing Analyst and Rate

Additional Responsibilities:

• Carries out duties assigned by VP of Sales as required.

Minimum Qualifications for Consideration:

• Business Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management
• Advanced MS Office experience
• Basic business math principles

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting for long periods of time, walking, finger dexterity, feeling, repetitive motions, and talking, hearing and visual activity.
• Occasional lifting (up to 20 pounds).

Working Conditions:

• Normal office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copier/printer/scanners.
