Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Location: Andover, MA
Project Overview:
This position supports the Liquid Dose Manufacturing (LDM) Project, an aseptic drug product manufacturing facility. The project involves expanding operations with a new fill line and decommissioning the existing one by year-end. To facilitate this transition, the team is seeking four Manufacturing Technicians to backfill key roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to strict gowning protocols.
- Execute batch records and participate in process qualification (PQ) activities, including media fills.
- Support aseptic manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Participate in training sessions to obtain gowning certification and develop proficiency in aseptic techniques.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Experience in aseptic manufacturing, drug product manufacturing, or drug substance purification (preferred but not required).
- Ability to learn, follow SOPs, and operate within a cleanroom environment.
- Candidates must be moldable, coachable, and eager to learn.
