What are the responsibilities and job description for the Appointment Scheduler/Financial Planner Assistant position at United Placement Group?
We are a well-established Financial Planning Services company with four decades of experience, dedicated to the belief that Financial Planners should focus on their expertise – guiding customers to secure their financial future, rather than getting bogged down in administrative tasks. We are in search of service-oriented individuals to assist our agents during their field visits.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our financial advisors to organize a wide range of appointments, leveraging our expanding customer base. Additionally, you will offer diverse administrative support. These are outbound calls. No Cold calling.

- Organized, solid professional
- Great telephone etiquette and articulation
- Previous experience in sales, appointment mapping and/or agent sales support
- Ability to handle objections and overcome them based on training tools and scripting objectives
- An incredible work ethic and show up to work every day on time
- Familiarity with Windows-based programs
- Work independently while being a team player.

Our compensation package includes:
- Hourly plus commission
- W-2 Compensation paid weekly
