- Provide legal guidance and advice to clients on estate planning, business formation, special needs planning, and related areas of law
- Draft legal documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and other estate planning and business formation documents
- Assist clients in creating and implementing strategies to protect and preserve assets
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Arkansas State Bar and in good standing with the State Bar
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, and related areas of law
- Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable
- Existing private practice
- Membership to state bar in adjacent states, beneficial
