We are seeking a experienced Network Attorney to provide legal guidance and advice on estate planning, business formation, special needs planning, and other related areas of asset protection law. As a Network Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and their unique legal needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal guidance and advice to clients on estate planning, business formation, special needs planning, and related areas of law.
- Draft legal documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and other estate planning and business formation documents.
- Assist clients in creating and implementing strategies to protect and preserve assets.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Arkansas State Bar and in good standing with the State Bar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, and related areas of law.
- Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable.
- Existing private practice.
- Membership to state bar in adjacent states, beneficial.
