The OpportunityWe are seeking experienced attorneys to join our network as Estate Planning Network Attorneys. This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your solo practice or start a new legal venture while being supported by a collaborative team and comprehensive back-office resources5.
Key Responsibilities- Provide essential legal documentation and services in estate planning, business formation, and asset protection5
- Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their goals and needs1
- Develop comprehensive estate plans that meet clients' specific requirements1
- Collaborate with other network attorneys to share ideas and develop consistent approaches to common planning issues1
- Assist in expanding the sales of additional deliverables for existing customers4
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Kansas State Bar and in good standing with the State Bar.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, and related areas of law.
- Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable.
- Existing private practice.
- Medicaid planning is a plus
- Reciprocity with adjacent state is a plus
