Key Responsibilities- Provide essential legal documentation and services in estate planning, business formation, and asset protection
- Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their goals and needs
- Develop comprehensive estate plans that meet clients' specific requirements
- Collaborate with other network attorneys to share ideas and develop consistent approaches to common planning issues

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Arkansas State Bar and in good standing with the State Bar.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, and related areas of law.
- Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable.
- Existing private practice.
- Medicaid planning is highly desirable.
- Reciprocity with adjacent state is a plus
