Responsibilities- Review network attorney document submissions for Estate Plans & Replacements/Changes
- Coordinate all documentation to complete estate plan binders
- Work directly with network attorneys to assist with all document submissions
- Utilize tax statement and deed document knowledge to assist with funding deeds
- Experience in customer service and support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
- Exceptional skill with Microsoft Office product suite
- Ability to work independently while being a team player
- Capability to work under deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Stellar work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Strong proofreading skills
- Prior legal experience is helpful

- Paralegal degree or certification preferred.
- 3 years of experience in plan coordination or a related field.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant software systems.
- Prior legal and/or insurance administration experience is helpful.Β
