This position entails reaching out to warm leads generated from direct mail and online inquiries; there is no cold calling involved. Your primary responsibility will be to engage these leads, assess their needs, and schedule appointments in a friendly and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and a sincere desire to assist clients.
Note: This is an in-office position located at our Bradenton, FL office.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and articulate communication skills
- Previous experience in appointment setting or sales support roles is preferred
- Ability to handle objections effectively, utilizing provided scripting and training
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows-based programs

Our compensation package includes:
- Hourly plus commissions and bonuses
- W-2 Compensation paid weekly
