What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Call Center Appointment Setter (In Office) position at United Placement Group?
We are a well-established Estate Planning Services company with four decades of experience, dedicated to the belief that outside sales representatives should focus on their expertise – assisting customers in protecting their families and assets, rather than getting bogged down in administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact reaching out to these leads. This is not telemarketing. There is NO cold calling. You will call warm leads from recently received direct mail and online inquiries. We do not want robots. We want real people who genuinely care about helping others solve their estate planning concerns.

- Organized, solid professional

- Ability to handle objections and overcome them based on training tools and scripting objectives

- Familiarity with Windows-based programs

Our compensation package includes:
- Hourly plus commissions and bonuses
- W-2 Compensation paid weekly
