Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Banker to join our Madison Bank location. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new loan clients while managing existing client relationships. You will prepare and analyze financial statements and spreads, including adequacy of income and sufficiency of collateral, and present your findings to the loan committee.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management preferred
- Demonstrated experience in successful loan portfolio management or other related credit or finance discipline, preferred
- A thorough understanding of accounting practices and the ability to read financial statements and understand complex financial measures such as cash flow and other financial ratios
- The ability to deliver exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills to find effective solutions
