Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Proactively reach out to new and existing clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and offering personalized solutions.
Sales Target : Achieve and exceed sales targets by utilizing effective sales strategies and techniques.
Policy Advice : Offer expert advice on policy features, benefits, and terms to help clients make informed decisions.
Market Outreach : Develop and implement outreach strategies to identify potential clients and expand business opportunities.
Client Support : Assist clients with inquiries, policy changes, and account management with a high level of professionalism.
Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction.
Product Knowledge : Stay informed about the latest insurance products and industry trends to provide relevant and up-to-date recommendations.
Requirement
Licensing : Current or eligibility for Ohio Property & Casualty License.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales is advantageous.
Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Customer Focus : Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and relationship building.
Work : Competency in working within a hybrid setting with minimal supervision.
