RESPONSIBILITIES
At our Corporate Office, the Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors. The Receptionist is responsible for receiving calls, operating multiple phone lines, and directing persons to their appropriate destinations within the corporate office.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
· Meet and greet visitors to the office.
· Receive incoming calls, operate multiple phone lines, and schedule appointments, and place/remove phones from night service.
· Screen calls.
· Log & announce incoming packages
· Maintain log of outgoing checks
· Maintain log of conference room reservations.
· Collect and distribute mail, package paperwork, operate office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, and computers.
· Call for courier service
· Call for services (First aid, elevator, fire alarm, etc.)
· Ensure reception area is always tidy and presentable.
· Assist account payables, marketing, and all departments in miscellaneous duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
· High school education or equivalent.
· Bilingual in English and Spanish.
· Basic PC skills.
· Experienced in operating multiple phone lines.
· Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
· Excellent customer service skills.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
· Office environment.
