What You’ll Do:
- Collect Rents: Ensure timely collection of rents and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain Property Cleanliness: Keep the hallways, common areas, and exterior of the property maintained.
- Prepare Vacant Units: Get units ready for new tenants.
- Yard Maintenance: Keep the grounds tidy and well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment for our residents.
- Tenant Satisfaction: Address tenant concerns promptly, ensuring a positive living experience and complete work orders in a timely manor.
