What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Technician/Operator position at United Property Restoration Services?
- Previous experience a warehouse environment and use of a forklift
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment is preferred
- Working knowledge of construction materials, maintenance systems, and technical operations.
- Basic knowledge of equipment repair.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player.
- Must pass a drug test and background check.
- Able to lift/move 80 lbs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Ability to support afterhours/weekend emergency services with equipment retrieval.
- A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation are required.
- Willingness to travel to New York & Massachusetts offices, as needed, for facilities support.
- Forklift certification and/or OSHA 10 are preferred.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm with ability to support afterhours needs. Large potential for overtime.
