About the Job:
We’re looking for a dependable and professional Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is all about communication—you’ll be the point of contact between our security team and clients, making sure the right information and support get where it’s needed, fast.
We’re looking for a dependable and professional Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is all about communication—you’ll be the point of contact between our security team and clients, making sure the right information and support get where it’s needed, fast.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer a high volume of calls and radio traffic
- Dispatch security officers to various locations quickly and accurately
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems
- Send out clear and professional emails and reports
- Assist clients and officers with questions or concerns
- Solve problems and follow up to ensure everything is resolved
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in dispatch, telecommunications, or a call center
- Open availability (even though this role is currently Monday–Friday, we need flexibility when coverage is needed)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Basic computer and email knowledge
- Experience in the security field is a plus, but not required
