Position Description:
We are seeking candidates who have the potential to build a career within the Petroleum Services Industry. This is an entry level position and a great opportunity for a candidate looking to grow with our company and within the profession. Responsibilities will include::
- Supporting the Petroleum Service Technicians with scheduled and unplanned maintenance\repair for customer systems. This includes fuel dispensing equipment, submersible pumps, valves, meters, point-of-sale systems, software upgrades, and fuel storage tanks.
- Assisting with the inventory, organization, and provisioning of company vehicles.
- Adherence to all safety policies, reporting, and identification of any unsafe conditions.
- Work with the service team on special projects as needed.
- Complete all online and classroom training courses.
- Demonstrate United Pump’s Core Values on a daily basis.
Experience and Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Demonstrated experience utilizing mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Clean Driving Record,
- Clean Criminal Background Check
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Must have clean MVR and the ability to pass DOT physical exam and drug test. CDL is not required.
- Experience pulling and backing trailers.

- Clear written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills. Can manage time and resources without the need for constant supervision.

Starting pay will be based on experience, knowledge, and qualifications (between $20 to $22 per hour.
