We are looking for an IT Hardware Specialist located in Peachtree City, GA to help support the infrastructure by maintaining hardware and software assets and providing outstanding customer service to United Radio users. Increase your knowledge and expertise as you collaborate with and work alongside a larger (25 people), world class team that are the best at what they do. Hours are M-F 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm.
Responsibilities :
Provide outstanding customer service.
Builds trust and respect, through establishing relationships with technical and non-technical team members.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, printers, scanners) and software applications.
Trains users on proper hardware and software usage.
Qualifications :
HS Diploma or College Education plus 1 to 3 years’ experience in a Help Desk / Computer Support environment.
Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Independent thinker with the ability to problem solve.
Prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
Physical Demands :
The employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
The employee is frequently required to walk, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; stand; climb a ladder; and stoop, kneel or crouch.
The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds independently.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
