Summary
Oversee the applications development team while also developing code and support of internal and customer-facing custom applications. Prioritize and assign work, solve complex business and technical problems, and drives innovation within the team and application portfolio. Hours are M-F 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm. Located in East Syracuse, NY. This is not a work from home or hybrid position. In-office only.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities : include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
- Effectively hire, develop and train employees and coach for optimal performance.
- Conduct team meetings and 1 : 1s with direct reports to provide regular feedback and ensure career growth and progression by implementing training and development plans.
- Take appropriate corrective to promote optimal employee performance and low staff turnover.
- Work with key departments to influence product development assisting or improving products.
- Ensure compliance with United Radio's policies and procedures, and quality systems.
- Guide and mentor a team of software developers in creating applications based on business needs.

Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated between $100,000 and $120,000. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
