We are seeking a skilled, enthusiastic individual who is interested in assisting multiple departments with buying, project and growth strategies. This individual will maintain and build relationships with our multiple vendors and partners as well as internal team members. Other responsibilities will include project management and growth opportunities as well as inventory control and product data entry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing new product development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for these and other tasks :
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, purchasing or related field.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in project management and / or operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management software tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated between $60,000 and $80,000. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
