Director of Mentorship program and Education
About: United Real Estate, one of the fastest growing Real Estate companies in the USA, is looking for an ambitious, energetic, and driven person that would like to teach and oversee our Present Mentor Program. If you are a licensed agent that can oversee and manage our Mentors and the existing program we would like to talk to you. United Real Estate (URE) is a fantastic place to use your people and social skills. The ideal candidate must be easy to get along with and motivated for success. In this position, the ability to promote URE, as well as the incredible education, training, technology, mentoring and support that URE offers is a key requirement of the position. This is a commissioned program with the potential to earn 100k plus per year.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and run the mentor and education program as well as the daily trainings for all mentees for URE. Schedule Daily training, interview new agents and appoint their mentor. Oversee the Mentors daily training, Keep contact with all mentees through email, text and phone. update training calendar, help new Real Estate agents where necessary, input classes and the participation required through all means of contact. You will determine the best way for all new agents to succeed using all of the tools they have available to them at URE.
· Identify new and present training and implement those classes. Utilize the guest vendors available to teach for us and prepare the mentees for the classes forthcoming.
· Maintain and develop good working relationships with the mentors and mentees by presenting the benefits and opportunities available for them to teach, lead and learn at URE.
· Help new agents with their social media presence, help them address their specific career needs and teach where you feel comfortable.
The Skills and Experience You will Bring.
· Must have a Real Estate license, Must have a Real Estate Experience
· Must understand what is needed to be compliant with the licensing laws, Must know and understand real estate paperwork.
· Must have strong computer skills, Must be able to multi-task and know the skills in order for agents to succeed.
· Entrepreneurial drive. Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
· Superior communication skills with the ability to connect with others.
· Assertive and enthusiastic.
Computer Skills
· Technology proficiency with MS office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
· Experience in setting up Zoom meetings.
· Social Media experience.
COMPENSATION: Commission percentage on every mentee transaction.
