What are the responsibilities and job description for the Process Engineer (Internship) position at United Record Pressing LLC?
Essential Job Duties:
Process Improvement
- Analyze existing production processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas of improvement
- Develop and implement solutions to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality
- Design and implement new processes and systems to enhance overall performance
- Participate in Kaizen events or other improvement initiatives
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and patterns in production processes
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Create interactive dashboards and reports that enable process owners to make data-driven decisions to improve performance
Project Management
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards where applicable
Standardization
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures or work instructions
- Train employees or process owners on new procedures or improved processes
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
