Our Repossession Agents are equipped with all of the tools that they need to be successful. ESI offers Agent training, a fleet of state of the art trucks, and the latest technological tools that have been custom designed to assist our Agents in maximizing their earning potential and performance. All Agents can reasonably expect to earn $50k-$100k annually, with the opportunity to enroll in benefits!
Our newly hired Repossession Agents will experience intensive training at the UR2 corporate headquarters in Memphis, TN (travel, meals, and accommodation are covered by UR2). During the five day training, you will meet with internal operations that will serve as your support while in the field. You will experience hands-on training in a classroom environment and in the field. In the classroom, you will get a better understanding of this position and the tools you will use to succeed. In the field, you will run routes with our Field Operations Manager - seeing first hand the role of a Repossession Agent.

Experience and Skills
What we are looking for :
- Preferably, a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A self-starter with the drive and discipline to perform successfully under limited supervision.
- An individual with basic mechanical skills. Don't worry we'll teach you all you need to know about strapping up a car.
- A naturally curious soul. Someone who is willing to dig-in and take the extra step necessary to achieve success.
- An excellent communicator. Information is power and the ability to clearly communicate the knowledge makes you a power-player in the field.
