We're expanding and are now seeking a Title Clerk to join our growing team. In this role, the qualified candidate will process vehicle titles, using the respective states/agencies guidelines, ensuring transferability to buyers in an efficient and accurate manner. We seek an enthusiastic, self-driven individual with a genuine passion for both vehicles and people. Ideal candidates will have prior title experience, showcasing strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills.

Essential Responsibilities
- Process vehicle titles and other paperwork, in accordance with state guidelines, generated during auction sale
- Organize, accurately record, and file completed vehicle sales
- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies specific to titles and/or other matters
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
- Communicate and coordinate with various parties involved in the title process
- Collect payments and receivables
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements/Education/Experience
Required Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of vehicle title experience
- Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills
