Position Purpose:
Perform varying levels of facilities maintenance / construction as directed by the Director of Maintenance to include all aspects of the building trades.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· To assist the Director in day-to-day repairs and improvements of the facilities.
· To maintain a safe and healthy work environment for employe and customer safety.
· Repair work and new construction on building, parking lots, sidewalks, signs, canopies, and all other company assets.
· Must be able to complete all or most of these tasks efficiently, safely, and responsibly while working independently or with other staff members.
· Must be able to perform all tasks with or without direct supervision.
· Scheule workload according to the priority of the work needed to be accomplished.
· Must have a valid drivers license and be willing to travel with overnight stays.
· Occasionally scheduling, supervising, and working with contractors.
· Must maintain up to date certifications for OSHA and aerial lifts.
· Must be able to read and understand Blueprints and drawings.
· Responsible and accountable for maintaining tools, supplies and items in vehicle and warehouse.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Must maintain a valid DOT Drivers license.
· Must work well with others and have good communication skills.
· Knowledgeable with construction equipment and processes.
· Basic construction knowledge in the building trades including: carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electric, painting, flooring and cabinetry.

Required Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Trade school or construction experience
