What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Manager position at United Roofing & General Contractors?
United Roofing & General Contractors is a fast-growing roofing and general contracting company that is looking to bring on a new Sales Managers to our location in Southwest Michigan. We also have offices in Texas, Indiana, and will be opening one in Chicago this spring. We are looking to bring on an individual who is self-motivated/disciplined, sales minded and organized. This is a commission only paid, 1099 role. Successful sales managers can expect make a yearly income of 75-100k their first year and increasing substantially every year after.

Job Duties:
- Managing a team of project sales managers
- Ensuring the sales team is maintaining goals and performance
- Adding new customers/jobs (canvassing recent storms, social media, referrals, family, friends, networking groups, ect...)
- Walking customers through the construction process and showcasing products
- Managing and overseeing the different trades in the project
Income:
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Uncapped Commissions
- 1st year estimated income $75,000 - $100,000
- 2nd year $150,000
Job Type:
- Full Time
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, some weekend work
- Schedule is flexible and changes based on projects and appointments

Qualifications:
- Legal to work in the US

- Over the age of 18
- Previous experience in sales and/or project management is a plus, but not required
