Position Overview
We are seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish preferred) Roofing Sales Manager with proven experience in roofing sales management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and refining sales processes, tracking KPIs, and leading by example in closing deals. Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets
✅ Develop, implement, and refine sales processes to maximize efficiency
✅ Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive growth
✅ Provide hands-on training and ongoing support to sales representatives
✅ Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new sales reps
✅ Conduct sales meetings and performance evaluations
✅ Maintain strong customer relationships and handle escalations as needed
✅ Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies
Requirements
✅ Minimum 3 years of roofing sales management experience
✅ Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
✅ Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals
✅ Strong leadership and team-building skills
✅ Ability to develop sales strategies and processes
✅ Proficient in CRM software and sales tracking tools
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
✅ Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
