FT/PT Status: Full-Time
Shift: Swing - 2:00pm, (Open 7 days a week/ Must have weekend availability)
Hourly Rate: Base rate of $21.00/hour Additional wage premium and production bonuses available with potential to raise average wages up to approximately $33.00/hour (if work performance criteria is met).

Warehouse Order Selector Responsibilities:
- Select customer produce and specialty item orders in a voice-directed warehouse using electric riding pallet jacks (single/doubles)
- Select customer orders using power equipment (pallet jacks and other related equipment).
- Follow the correct picking process, which includes selecting, verifying, labeling, stacking, and wrapping pallets for shipment.
- Responsible for meeting selector performance KPIs (key performance indicators).
- Palletize merchandise and shrink wrap.
- Load merchandise onto truck trailers.
- Cross-train and work in various areas of the facility.
- Responsible for performing all job duties with honesty and integrity.
- Other duties as assigned
Warehouse Order Selector Requirements:
- 18 years of age
- Experience using and operating motor-driven pallet jacks is REQUIRED.
- Ability to reach and lift product 50- 70 lbs consistently. This role is extremely physical!
- Previous warehouse or physical labor experience required
- Weekend availability (Open 7 days a week)/ ability to work the entire shift
- Must be able to consistently lift up to 70lbs
- Must be able to consistently carry up to 50lbs
- Must be able to consistently push/pull up to 50lbs
- Exposure to potential hazards exists with respect to equipment necessary to perform job duties.
- Basic comprehension of the English language
- Non-slip shoes are required
- Comfortable working in a chilled/wet environment between 15°-75° Fahrenheit
