Duties/Responsibilities:
- Approving and uploading new hires into HRIS
- Performing regular touch bases with new hires as well as exit interviews
- Managing employee files and I-9 compliance
- Tracking and collecting updated resident status and work authorizations
- Completing employment verifications as needed
- Ensuring the maintenance of office supplies
- Handling mail, FedEx, UPS, and performing other administrative tasks
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree (a plus)
- 1-2 years of administrative experience
