Look no further because we are currently seeking a Full-Time Security Officer to join our growing USI team in Gaithersburg, MD!
$17.51/Hour
Please note this shift requires 3rd shift availability based on the days/times below:
Saturday-Wednesday: 11pm-7am
Responsibilities include:
- Patrolling and monitoring premises to detect any irregularities, which may include suspicious behavior or security breaches.
- Resolve disputes between patrons, shop owners, and vendors.
- Communicate with local law enforcement units and fire departments as necessary.
- Perform crowd control duties to maintain order in the mall.
- Operation of mobile unit to monitor the exterior premises of the mall.
- Write detailed reports on incidents that occurred on the premises daily.
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to resolve conflict/problem solve
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Maryland State Security License
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
- Candidates must successfully pass ALL pre-employment screenings
