Schedule: Full-Time:
Monday - Friday 7 am - 3 pm at $22.66 per hour.

Security Officer Responsibilities and Duties:
- Guards property against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry.
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and residents with inquiries and directions.
- Patrol buildings and grounds to ensure people and property are safe and secure.
- Preserves order and enforces security regulations.
- Respond to emergencies, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency services as needed.
- Answer phone calls and handle inquiries professionally.
- Use of oral de-escalation methods to control disagreements.
- All other job duties as related or assigned by USI Management.
Security Officer Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be able to lift at least 15 lbs.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent sense of judgment.
- Can stay alert at all times.
- Candidates must also be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment screenings.
