32 HRS PER WEEK
Union Location
$19.53 - $21.68 hour depending on location
- Monday to Friday first shift

32 Hours guaranteed however there are guidelines for this position (Please see below)
- Pay rate is based on the Area Hourly Rate (range between $19.53 to $21.68)

- CSP will be compensated at 32 hours per week and considered a full-time employee.

- For each shift refused, eight hours will be deducted from CSP 32 hour allotment each week.

- Weekend work availability is required to be a CSP Officer.

- Off Hour (i.e., 2nd shift and 3rd shift) availability is required to be a CSP Officer.

- CSP will be provided the standard uniform for each site and responsible for wearing the appropriate one for each site.

- CSP will be required to learn and uphold each site's specific policy. It is strongly recommended that CSP take detailed notes at each site for future reference.

- CSP Officers must have reliable transportation and reliable means of communication (cell phone).

- CSP Officers must successfully complete each hiring and backgrounding component in accordance with USI’s contractual obligations.

- Customer Service Experience welcomed
- Valid CT Security Officer License (Guard Card)
- High school diploma or Transcripts
- Candidates must also be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment screenings
