MONDAY-FRIDAY: 2PM-6PM

Look no further because we are currently seeking Part-Time, Customer Service oriented, Security Offers to join our growing USI team in Stamford, CT!
Security Officer Job Responsibilities:
- Patrol the school grounds, including hallways, classrooms, parking lots, and other areas.
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to unusual or suspicious activities.
- Conduct regular checks on doors, windows, and other entry points to ensure they are secure.
- Manage and monitor the entry and exit of individuals at the school, including visitors, students, and staff.
- Assist to Issue and check visitor badges and ensure that unauthorized persons do not gain access to the premises.
- Maintain logs of visitors and their purpose for visiting.
- Respond to emergencies such as medical incidents, fires, or security breaches, following established protocols.
- Assist in evacuations during emergencies and ensure that all individuals are accounted for.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Address and de-escalate conflicts between students, staff, or visitors in a calm and professional manner.
Schedule & Hours:
We have part-time availability for this location.
- MONDAY-FRIDAY: 2PM-6PM
- $22 PH
Security Officer Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Customer Service Skills Desired
- Can always stay alert
- Ability to work in high pedestrian traffic environments
Education and Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2 Year Security experience required, preferably in a school setting
- Active CT Security License required
- CPR Certified
- Fingerprinting Required
- Drivers License preferred
