We have an immediate need for a Full-Time Temporary Site Supervisor at a retail complex in Gaithersburg, MD!
$22.66/HOUR
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday: 1500-2300
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with some prior security experience who wishes to take their security career to a higher level. You will become an integral part of our USI Gaithersburg team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee day to day operations, scheduling and payroll.
- Motivate and train new hires.
- Scheduling and payroll
- Patrolling and monitoring premises to detect any irregularities, which may include suspicious behavior or security breaches.
- Maintain regular communication with Property Manager.
- Resolve disputes between patrons, shop owners, and vendors.
- Communicate with local law enforcement units and fire departments as necessary.
- Perform crowd control duties to maintain order in the mall.
- Operation of mobile unit to monitor the exterior premises of the mall.
- Write detailed reports on incidents that occurred on the premises daily.
- Cover any open shifts that can't be filled.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Maryland State Security License
