We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Cleaning and Maintenance Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms, common areas, and other facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all guest rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained;
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, including tables, chairs, and counters;
- Restock linens, towels, and amenities in guest rooms and public areas;
- Empty trash and recyclables from guest rooms and common areas;
- Vacuum and mop floors, including carpets, hard floors, and rugs;
- Clean and maintain public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and elevators;
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to your supervisor;
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve seamless service delivery;
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks for extended periods;
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects;
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment;
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling (if applicable);
