Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms according to established hotel standards.
- Handle guest requests and report any issues or concerns to your supervisor promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
- Participate in ongoing training to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other safety procedures.
- Transport cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens to assigned guest rooms securely.
- Empty trash containers, remove dirty linen, and replace it with clean items according to designated layouts.
- Dust, polish, and vacuum furniture, fixtures, and floors to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
- Realign furniture to its original position, inspect for damage, and report any issues to your supervisor.
- Restock cart at the end of each shift and return keys to your supervisor.
