United Security Services Inc. is looking for an experienced Security Supervisors to join our team at one of our locations in the Jacksonville, FL area.
We will be holding open interview sessions on Tuesday, February 11th and Wednesday, February 12th, 2025, - from 9:00am – 3:00pm, at:
Hyatt Regency Jacksonville FL.

If planning on attending, all attendees must be dressed in business attire, hair combed and neat. Please bring with you:
- Two forms of ID, preferably a valid Driver's License, and a Social Security Card or Birth Certificate
- Valid Florida Class D Security License
Job Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly to all emergency codes and all significant incidents.
2. Attend and conduct role calls and end-of-shift pass downs; pass on important information to the staff.
3. Supervise officers in the field and observe officer performance and conduct.
4. Handle inquiries from the client and staff relating to security policy or procedures.
5. Oversee investigations, and when necessary, conduct high profile or sensitive investigations.
6. Become the contact officer on confrontational and/or high-profile security incidents and field contacts.
7. Conduct periodic patrols, security tours and handle general security tasks (“leading by example”).
8. As required, prepare and distribute the end-of-shift recap/pass down email to client.
9. Promptly address call-offs and staffing needs for the following shift.
10. Contribute to staff annual personnel evaluations.
11. Conduct and/or supervise new officer training and orientation sessions.
Requirements:
- Class D License required
- Prior Customer Service experience
- Open availability to work preferred
- Ability to stand up and walk for 8 hours
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hotel security experience
- Ex-law enforcement
- Military service
