Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist - Behavioral Health to join our team. As a key member of our crisis response service, you will provide individual and group clinical services to adults experiencing mental health challenges, traumatic events, or other crises.
You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and provide supportive services. Your expertise in crisis intervention, assessment, and brief treatment will make a significant impact on the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group clinical services to clients in crisis
- Assess client needs and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Masters degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with behavioral health diagnoses
- Excellent assessment and communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
