Front Office Secretary Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a Front Office Secretary, you are one of the first points of contact for our agency. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting clients, visitors and staff, answering and properly directing incoming phone calls, checking in clients for appointments, rescheduling appointments and making appointment reminder calls. Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, and the ability and flexibility to handle a wide range of tasks.
Front Office Secretary Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
Front Office Secretary Minimum Requirements: Associates Degree in secretarial science plus two years appropriate office experience or High School Diploma plus four years appropriate office experience.
**Benefits will be pro-rated for part-time positions:
