Job Description
You will work under general supervision to ensure that the yard is running efficiently. This involves performing preventative maintenance on equipment, inspecting assets, and providing support to other team members as needed.
Essential Functions:
- Check, wash, repair, paint, and store company materials such as toilets and containers.
- Clean assets using a steam cleaner or pressure washer.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the wash pad area.
- Daily check and clean the water-recycling system.
- Inform supervisors of materials used throughout the day.
- Report any equipment problems found to supervisors.
- Thoroughly inspect and repair units before delivery and upon return.
- Perform general facility maintenance and minor repairs as required.
- Assist with retrofitting special or high-end units.
- FOLLOW UNITED SITE SERVICES SAFETY RULES: WEAR PROTECTIVE CLOTHING AND EQUIPMENT, REPORT SAFETY HAZARDS AND INCIDENTS TO SUPERVISORS.
- Operate a forklift for loading and unloading assets.
- Occasionally operate the P&D/Service truck as needed.
