Position Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and personable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Administrator to support our sales and marketing efforts. In this role, you will work closely with the Vice President, assisting with sales initiatives, data management, and marketing activities. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, administrative skills, and a strong customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the Vice President with daily sales and marketing operations.
- Collaborate with the Sales team at our skating rinks to conduct outbound sales calls and assist with securing contract bookings.
- Perform data entry and maintain Excel worksheets to track performance metrics.
- Assist with updates to the company website and initiate Google Mail merges.
- Generate, analyze, and review reports to identify trends and inform strategies.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
