Assistant Manager- Part-Time

United Skates of America, a leader in recreational and entertainment facility management for over 50 years, is looking for enthusiastic management candidates to join our team at our Seaford, NY location. Our beautiful roller-skating rink, located at 1276 Hicksville Rd roller and inline skating, a large arcade, a novelty redemption shop, a pizza café, and the best birthday parties around!
We are seeking Assistant Managers who possess the following qualities:
- Outgoing personality with a “Lead by Example” management and leadership style
- Previous experience in entertainment, hospitality, restaurant, retail, or similar fields is preferred
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays (we can accommodate your schedule)
- Proven experience with cash handling and control
- Comfortable managing and entertaining 100 guests
- Strong desire to learn about business operations and financials
- A passion for creating fun and memorable guest experiences
