Maintenance Manager, Part Time
United Skates of America, an industry leader for over 50 years in recreation and entertainment facility management, is seeking to hire a Part-Time Maintenance Manager at Great Skate in Glendale, AZ. Our beautiful facility is located at 10054 North 43rd Avenue.
A maintenance manager is responsible for overseeing the installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the facility. Additionally, a maintenance manager will have a solid understanding of plumbing and electrical systems as well as carpentry and other crafts. This position is a hands-on position.
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager include but are not limited to:
- Painting
- Shampooing carpets
- Replacement of light bulbs
- Changing ceiling tiles
- Periodically changing A/C filters
- General cleaning and dusting
- Concrete repair
- Asphalt repair (filling potholes)
- Occasional landscaping
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in maintenance
- Knowledge of light electric, light plumbing, and welding is a plus.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lb and climb a tall ladder.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competent in problem-solving, planning, and decision making
Shift:
The shift may vary between some early morning or late-night shifts also occasional overnights when necessary.

Position: Part-time (estimated 25-30 hours/week, flexible schedule)
Pay Rate: $17.00-$20.00 based on experience
