United Sleep Diagnoistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing information about services and statuses, troubleshooting customer issues, and directing calls to the appropriate department when necessary. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service background, and the ability to field and triage a high volume of calls on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Answering a high volume of inbound calls in a timely manner
- Triage calls and questions to appropriate departments
- Identify patient needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide appropriate solutions
- Utilize CRM and Go-To Connect to answer phone call inquiries
- Engage with clients, physicians, and patients in a pleasant and professional manner
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Perform basic administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High School or GED equivalent - preferred
- Proven organizational skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and exemplary customer service
- Strong commitment to punctuality and consistency
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Data Entry skills
- Ability to adapt, change, and multi-task
- Bilingual - preferred
Schedule and Benefits:
- Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM
- Salary commensurate with experience (starting at $20)
